and absorbs whichever sauce you decide to use.

The whole of the production process is rigorously
checked. The scrupulous and strict checks begin with the
raw materials, are continued throughout the production
process and end with the finished product. This ensures
that the standards of excellence to which Armando De
Angelis adheres, are maintained.
Only fresh, barn-raised eggs are chosen from farms
that pay particular attention to chickens’
well-being and nutrition.
All of the ingredients are carefully selected and prepared
inside the company. Even the cheese, that arrives in
chunks, is grated inside the production plant.
Recipes are tried and tested in our kitchen under the
watchful eye of our expert pasta makers and chefs.
